As head of maintenance I am in charge of all bus repairs as well as ordering parts.Also keep track of expenses for each bus and parts ordering. I am in charge of drivers in all safety aspects. I also do IFTA for all buses. I take new drivers out and asses there driving skills to see if they are safe and a good fit for the company. I also keep track of the other employees and make sure everyone is doing their jobs safely and efficiently. Take the extra trips when we did not have drivers on hand. Perform and diagnose all problems with a/c system.

Keep all equipment up to new conditions safely and efficiently. Do all necessary building maintenance. Diagnose and repair any problems with trucks or trailers
