i opened the store, did the scheduling , held keys to the store, did money orders for the store each week, was on the floor during peak hours. interacted with customers on a daily basis. helped employees when then needed help leaning something. or coached were coaching was needed. Did food safety with our yearly inspections. Or inspections for the board of heath. i have closed the store, did hiring and interviews.

Doing safe counts, and money orders for the store. Doing truck orders for Mcdonalds and freshcity. I learned over the years how to manage 3 diffrent departments. I learned so much and was also sent to chicago to the Univerty of Hamburger. 7 days learning things that i didnt know. Understanding how to talk to my team and coach them.
