- Responsible for docking/tying-untieing the submarines and aircraft carriers that comes to the pier side or the dock using rope and wire to secure the aft end, mid-ship, and forward end of the ship
- Rig valves, pumps, motors, pipes, torpedo missiles, anchor chains, submarine sail, electrical cabinets, HEI doors, Rudders, everything aboard that's over 50lbs
- Take care of anything needed to be rigged out in the nuclear section of the submarine/aircraft carrier following all radiological procedures frisking out and carrying your dosimeter to prevent exposure to radiation
