As a Maintenance Technician For JBS, myself and my team were responsible for keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems that arose and inspecting equipment daily in order to ensure future problems may be avoided.

Performing routine maintenance in all areas of production within the rendering areas of the plant

Repairing any and all equipment and machinery including conveyance systems, grinders and separators as well as structural issues of catwalks or stairways pertinent to said equipment.

Working on the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues of all area equipment

Utilizing proper lock-out/tag-out procedures as well as any other safety guidelines and procedures necessary for the specified equipment or repair.
