

I am a committed and hands-on restaurant leader with two years of experience at Chick-fil-A, growing from team member to Manager and Training Head. I lead shifts with confidence, support daily operations, and guide a team of up to twenty employees while maintaining strong standards in accuracy, hospitality, and overall guest experience. I take pride in creating a work environment where guests feel cared for and team members feel supported and prepared.
As Training Head, I oversee the full training process from hiring and interviewing to onboarding, scheduling, and building clear and consistent training systems. I create structured, step-by-step training programs for every front-of-house and drive-thru position, and I coach team members on Core 4, second-mile service, accuracy, and speed. I focus on developing strong team coaches, future trainers, and upcoming leaders who can positively impact our restaurant.
I also track performance, monitor growth, and help team members reach the standards our business needs. I work hard to keep our team accountable while still building a positive atmosphere where people feel motivated and encouraged. My leadership style is built on communication, kindness, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
I work closely with my Operator to support restaurant goals, strengthen team culture, and improve systems that increase efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
