Leading a proficient video department for the University at Buffalo football program, which includes, but is not limited to:

• Handling and troubleshooting any video or technology inquiries within the football offices, while working with IT to resolve advanced issues from computers and software.
• Filming practices, games, and distributing content to players and coaches via DV Sport.
• Maintaining the team's video library, compiling opponent scout tapes, date input, cut-ups, highlights, onboarding new coaches' film and other video requests.
• Coordinating video operations for pro day, camps, recruiting content and team highlights.
• Recruiting and supervision of a student-led video crew.
• Management, maintenance, and budgeting of video equipment.

Run day-to-day video operations for the 2021 National Champion UMHB football team, and assist with all other forms of video-related functions within the athletics department, which include:

• Creation of highlights and recruiting videos, both internally and externally.
• Oversight and instruction of a student-led video crew.
• Film distribution of practice, games, and opponent scout content to coaches and players via Catapult Thunder (XOS).
• Live production of gameday streams for various sports and athletic events, such as football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and volleyball.

Coordinated and directed live streams for football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball and swimming & diving which included:

• Oversight and instruction of student interns use of video cameras, switchers and replay systems.
• Conceptualization and creation of video content for social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and promotional content for ticketed sports.
• Organized and archived sports video content for the athletics department.
• Created and produced a weekly Coaches Show to highlight athletes and coaches from each sport.
