Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of developing my leadership skills across a diverse range of environments, including the military, coaching, higher education, teaching, and mentoring. These experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded leader with a strong focus on discipline, collaboration, growth, and empathy.

My journey began in the military, where I learned the importance of structure, accountability, and making quick, impactful decisions under pressure. The military provided a foundation in leading by example, cultivating resilience, and motivating teams to achieve their mission even in challenging circumstances.

Transitioning into coaching, I applied these principles to help others unlock their potential, both on and off the field. Coaching allowed me to develop my ability to inspire, communicate clearly, and foster a team-oriented culture that prioritized both individual development and collective success.

In the realm of higher education, I further honed my leadership skills by navigating complex academic environments, collaborating with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
