Provide leadership and strategic direction across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Responsible for operational performance, regional forecasting, cross-district coordination, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and compliance. Partner with field and senior leadership to develop talent pipelines, support workforce planning, and align district execution with regional goals.

• Responsible for economic stability of the District by controlling labor costs, increasing revenue, implementing safe work practices, ensuring customer relations, interviewing and selection process of personnel, partnering effectively with Human Resources to managing positive employee relations.

• Counsel, train, and develop technician skills, perform audits, review daily production to ensure company compliance, coach technicians on efficiency improvement opportunities, conduct performance reviews, work with management on coaching, counseling, suspensions, and terminations.

• Ensure customer relations, effectively manager supervisors and locators, partner effectively with Human Resources, responsible for maintaining proper asset management, ensure all corporate policies, programs, and procedures are followed.

• Supervising and coordinating masonry crews and laborers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, providing guidance and training, overseeing quality of workmanship and ensuring project specifications, collaborating with projective managers and other supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues or delays.
