My role was that of a remote position responsible for technical services within a given territory. Centered around inspections, on site and in house training, as well as trouble shooting issues. Ensuring quality roof installation throughout the entire process, from takeoff to close out. Additional responsibilities within this role were: teaching certification trainings, identifying roof issues, facilitating repairs, and making roofing companies lives easier through any assistance needed.

The role of this job was to generate leads and close deals concerning residential re-roofs. Responsible for building insurance claims, conducting roof inspections, guiding the building owner through the insurance process, and managing crews as they installed the new roofing system. My role relied heavy on crew oversight and ensuring roofs were installed correctly and efficiently to boost customer satisfaction.

My role as the Front Desk/Manager was centered around day to day gym processes. Ensuring the gym was clean everyday, stocked with all necessary materials, coaches were present and on time for personal training, classes were running smoothly, employees were paid on time and correctly, and overall integrity of the gym was maintained. What started as a front desk job turned into a role where the day to day operations became a responsibility rather than something I was apart of. Turning from an employee to someone who had to manage numerous other men and women to ensure the gym was successful.

The role of this job was to assist a custom home builder as a carpenter and window installer. The day to day work could range from framing to finish carpentry. A large focus of the job was providing quality installation of various items(doors, windows, and trim work) to ensure customer satisfaction.
