Started as an intern and have done everything from the ground up in an environmental testing laboratory setting. Fully capable of analyzing samples by GC, GC/MS, GC FID/PID, HPLC, CVAA, TOC, SFA, and various wet chemistry parameters. Oversaw projects that included NPDES compliance, RCRA, hazardous waste characterization, site remediation projects for NHDES, as well as the Department of Defense. In 2020, mentored a team that successfully brought PFAS analysis online to be the first testing laboratory in NH to gain certification. Guided teams between 20 to 25 employees from hiring, to mentoring, to disciplinary action, as necessary. Have successfully written requests for proposals for private entities, states, as well as the federal government that were awarded and provided the company with increasing revenue, year after year. Provide daily oversight of operations and ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet our customer's needs, while also working to support our company culture and vision. Considered an integral part to budgeting, strategic planning for company growth, and implementing the growth to stay current in our market.
