Accomplishments
Recommended to the Senior Supervisor a new bus stop location to be implemented on the Las Vegas Strip during special events. This led to RTC creating a new bus stop that alleviated a safety hazard for loading/unloading passengers in a high traffic situation.
Collaborated with a fellow supervisor to implement a relief bus at a location to ensure the on time performance was maintained on a difficult route. This helped raise the on time performance during the hot summer months.
