Responsible for fixing everything in my work area, short of electrical cabinets. Trumpf punch machines utilize pneumatic and hydraulic components to operate. I also fabricate items for use in operations either operator oriented or for ease of use on the machine side. I assist my lead operator on day to day operations when I am needed.

• Uploaded proper program from machine control and established optimal laser cutting conditions.

Onsite maintenance for whole shop, fix batch plant wired in 3 phase motor and replaced love joy , replace receptacle , ballast in lights, changed light bulbs/ ballast and power cords. Maintenance the mini excavator and replaced bucket teeth as needed.

Kept up with fleet maintenance, coordinated truck rotation accordingly.
