I work for my dad in the residential remodeling business. I have the ability and capability to work under stressful and challenging situations, installing laminated flooring, entirely new kitchen installation, toilets, baseboards, painting, mudding, texturing walls, installing drywall, framing, and residential electrical like changing outlets, fans, or lights. Always buying and learning about new tools to help the outcome of a project be done efficiently, faster, and, most importantly, adequately. I currently still work part time with my dad in this construction industry for about 3-4 years, and with time comes experience and learning new skill sets. Using ladders and scaffolds indoors to install drywall mud, make holes for electrical installations, dig holes for plumbing, and work a roof from start to finish. Lifting heavy material to and off work sites such as flooring, drywall, roofing material, 2x4 or 2x6 lumber.
Working for my dad's residential business, you are often put in stressful situations to finish the work. Working overtime to complete a job is necessary to keep the project ahead of time and keep customers happy. I have worked in heat outside, building decks, installing roofing, and digging holes for plumbing. Working in cold conditions, like rain and snow, even though the jobs might be done indoors or outdoors, has an effect on how material and time are presented in the jobs, for example, mud, paint, framing, cutting tiles, or any other material necessary for the job in any weather conditions must be done correctly to finish with an outstanding result efficiently, and with appropriate material usage.

I recently took a CTE course in a local high school workshop, learned more about electricity, how power is fed and distributed, and connected receptacles, switches, and lights. They also teach wood working, drywall, roofing, framing, mudding, and more courses that I also participated in.
