Summary

Hardworking, self-motivating Marine who always strives to be better in whatever situation is ahead. As a Lead Registered Behavioral Technician, developing the functionality of kids with autism for almost 2 years has been exciting and the challenge of being quick thinking, fast reacting and flexible in certain situations. As a Marine, gaining traits such as being structured and well-organized is something that makes accomplishing and finishing tasks effortless and polished. As a shift leader, I guided and trained Marines to a level where they would now only learn the job, but grow and excell as Marine themselves. I'm committed to growing and excelling in everything as well as being a leader to help others around me.
