• Responsible for managing RGO status, deferral tracking and issuance, and maintenance progress on aircraft across stations in assigned market.
• Coordination with Local Maintenance, Flight Crew, Operations, Dispatch, Management, AOG, and Engineering departments to ensure safe and timely operation of aircraft in my market.
• Familiarity with Web-Based Technical Publications, SABRE program, Electronic AML Procedures, Deferral Procedures to include MEL/CDL/NEF/TDMI, as well as MOC responsibilities and limitations.
• Preparation of aircraft and associated documentation for Special Flight Permits and Functional Check Flights.

• Responsible for overseeing aircraft and maintenance personnel during RON maintenance visits, to include mechanic job assignments, Technical Publications, Troubleshooting Assistance, Logbook and Workcard Review, Aircraft BOW Preplans, parts coordination, and communication with Planning, Engineering, and MOC departments to ensure task completion and on-time departures.
• Engine run and taxi qualified, with prior flight experience to strengthen Airport Operations, Radio Etiquette, Cockpit Familiarity, and Crew Resource Management.
• Trained and qualified to oversee and complete employee on the job training and documentation.
• Avionics experience including aircraft modifications, troubleshooting, repair, reading and following wire diagrams and hookup charts, and knowledge of AC and DC circuitry and fundamentals.
• Familiarity with and ability to adapt to and navigate varying computer and web-based technical publication systems and maintenance documentation.

• Hired as an A&P mechanic and built aircraft knowledge, confidence and consistency in the Airline Maintenance environment, and a broad range of hands-on experience prior to Crew Chief Role

• Performing parts removal/cannibalization from Beechcraft King Air 90 and King Air 200 aircraft.
• Assisting in restoration of Douglas DC-3 in preparation for Oshkosh air show.

• Assisting in aircraft and facility maintenance.
• Accompanying and gaining experience from Medevac flights in modded Cessna 206 aircraft.
