- My Responsibilities include load asset deployment planning and scheduling OEM and Rental vendors, running the hostler launch program since 2020 in the toughest rental market for power equipment in recent history. Delivering 233 rental assets to 62 new launch sites int 2020, and 802 owned assets in 202. I have also become the hostler SME for MMEO and a trusted advisor for or service partners for how to set up trucks for cold weather. during the Ice storms that hit Texas in 2020, I was able to partner with the local sites and the rental vendors to give them a plan to keep the trucks from freezing the batteries and gelling the fuel this save amazon thousands in towing fees and service calls.
- Identified a gap in Building launch planning for external power for asset block heaters, resulting in a climate-based change in how the builds are designed for exterior electrical connections and how hostler parking is designed and identified prior to launch.
- Created and owned the Hostler intake templates and checklists to follow all the class 8 intake process to assure that only the safest and inspected hostlers enter the fleet while any and all defects are identified prior to use assuring that Amazon does not pay for repairs to a asset broken prior to Amazon use.
- Successfully adjusted the hostler delivery cycle to T-14 days from T-7 days allowing for the assets to follow the intake process and be fueled and ready for training week 0 rather than Day 1.
- Created the hostler delivery notification invites sent to everyone on the local TOM team alias allowing the sites to know ahead of time that they are expecting assets, after requesting some field level feedback, a how to guide of the specific asset and the corresponding checklists and SIM links need to intake them as added to this process.
- Utilized my prior knowledge of Cummins B6.7 Diesel engines to help other FAS national source parts and find replacements for non-OEM parts that are still Cummins certified. I.E. the use of Taylor DEF heads for Ottawa Kalmar hostlers. Reducing the delay in parts by over 6 months in mid-2021.
- I created and owned a Daily call with the rental providers to identify and escalate sites at risk allowing us to point the vendor at the greatest need and make sure that TOM did not fail or customers due to a lack of functioning equipment. This also reduced down time from the previous year, in 2020 prior to my arrival the average rental down time was 26.2 days and after creating the call for Peak of 2020 and seeing the downtime reduction to 10.3 days the call was continued.
- I wrote a white paper identifying the need to track and identify the highest engine idle sites as it is one of the largest contributors to down time. After running a few pilots at some near by sites I was able to shoe the TOM Operations team a $3000 savings monthly and a reduction in down time.

- My Responsibilities included maintenance planning and scheduling of repairs with third party maintenance partners. Identifying defect trends and adjusting maintenance schedules to keep the trailer yards flowing properly and minimizing site level impact.
- Saved the Amazon $134,000 by applying missing AMZN-102 Graphics to assets missing them allowing for easier recovery in case of loss or impounding.
- Partnered with local TSS to create a diagram of the hostler pre-trip with what relay categories the defects were int
- Better identify what damages are in what group greatly reducing the use of the other field and speeding up to repair process.
- Purchased and deployed glad seals to all site Guard shacks eliminating driver complaints and late CPT misses due to a failed glad hand seal leak.
- Added a glad hand seal check as part of daily mid-day yard walk saving $35 per trailer that required seal replacement, over all savings of 35,000 in one my local node.

- Consistently beat the SCRS for utilization and cost per package consolidating more routes than forecast.
- Deep dove the average time from Defect entered in YMS to a Paragon case was created and requested a change to the policy (46548) creating a defect to case SLA which will save on road calls and additional Trailer pool adjustments by not allowing teams to delay case creation until a more convenient time.
