As a floor staff employee of Regal Cinemas, my main responsibility was to provide the best theater experience for customers. This included taking customers orders at the concessions stand, ensuring customers received the correct tickets, operating a cash register POS system for cash and credit card transactions with close attention paid to accuracy, resolving problems brought up by customers relating to the theaters and operations of the movies, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, stocking drinks, popcorn, candy, and other concessions, and answering any and all questions relating to the movies or concessions. Additionally, I would clean theaters in an effective and timely manner after any movie showing and ensure all restrooms and customer frequented areas would stay clean and presentable.
