Blending

• Made numerous kinds and brands of protein powder, pre-workout, and sports drinks.
• Organized bags to go into the correct order before emptying them.
• Did paperwork to make sure the next job knew what it was specifically and the correct weight.
• Mixed various different kinds of powders into a 2500 tank and mixed it to make a certain flavor or brand.
• After mixed it was dumped into a supersack
• Labeled the super sack with the correct date, flavor, and weight.
• Used a forklift to then weigh the supersack and make sure the weight is still the same before we mixed.
• Used spray hoses, scwegies, rags and cleaners to completely clean the tank and room to not cross-contaminate.

• Split 32-50 pound bags into a 3000 gallon tank, 3 times each day and mixed other chemicals to make silicone.
• After it was mixed we used hoses and valves to put the silicone into 5 gallon buckets.
• Used a clamp to tightly seal the lids onto the buckets.
• Loaded the buckets onto pallets and strapped them.
• Learned to use a palletizer* machine to wrap the buckets.
