Google acquired Fitbit in January 2021, which paved the way for Google to release its first smart fitness watch in October 2022. It has been a great experience to help test and improve on the Pixel Watch to ensure a successful launch.

• Debug hardware and software issues throughout testing process and file bug reports for resolution
• Identify potential algorithm/infrastructure issues and speak with developers to further debug/investigate
• Design test cases and improve on existing ones to bolster test coverage and minimize major regressions
• Create test spec documents and speak with developers to deep-dive into algorithms and data flow
• Advocate for algorithm test team in cross-functional meetings to better align and inform individual teams
