Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner while personalizing each sales presentation to meet the prospects needs/wants. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Logistics/Supply Specialists: Develop routine supply delivery schedules, provide emergency supply support as needed, deliver supplies as needed to specified locations, develop stock purchase orders based on need and budget. Submit supply orders to PM on a bi-weekly basis, receive and verify order fulfillment (supplies) when delivered. Provide preventive maintenance on equipment according to schedule recommended by vendor. Identify and provide training in the safe and productive use and maintenance of equipment, utilization of supplies and the basic skills needed for designated contract requirements. Deliver and pick-up equipment as needed to maintain productivity in support of all contract locations and activities. Provide analysis of equipment and advise management when repairs exceed the return on investments and/or value. Keep updated inventory of equipment. Maintain a log for vehicles’ maintenance and schedule service as appropriate. Manage the supply stockroom to ensure it is organized for easy access and inventory control. Provide designated reports, quarterly usage report, inventory supplies every six months, monthly equipment, supplies and vehicle costs.
Stock Clerk: This position will receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, supplies, or tools and compiles stock records of items in stockroom, warehouse and storage yard. Sorts or weighs incoming items to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice; examines stock to verify conformance to specifications; stores articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size or type of material. Fills orders or issues supplies from stock; prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock; and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders. Responsibility for receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it, marking it with codes to be identified. Ensure cleanliness in storeroom area and in store, synchronized work function with co-workers. Replace damaged or missing products, replenish inventory. Response to customer request for information and service.
Turn In-s: Take items that need to be disposed of from the contract and take them through proper channels of programs & paperwork to take to DLA disposition services. Make sure proper items can be disposed of in the correct way. Take care of scrap bins and drive a GOVs with up to 3 pallets. A decent background of working and formatting spreadsheets has been reinforced and built in this position
Shipping & Receiving: Processing incoming property and material, match items to purchase request or purchase order and process accordingly. Material pick up, inspection, delivery, storage, cataloging and utilization reporting related to depot, local or other supply activities. Verifying orders to be accurately filled by comparing items and quantities of goods gathered for shipment against documents; insuring that shipments are properly packaged, identified with shipping information, and loaded into transporting vehicles and preparing and keeping records of materials and equipment shipped. Fill customer orders and assist customers with incoming equipment and material. Responsible for shipping all warranty repair/return items contract wide via FedEx, UPS. Receive items for Test sites on contract. Unloaded FedEx, UPS, and freight trucks via forklift. Inventory items and make sure all items match the packing slip. Receive items into system via PIMS & MATER 2K.
