I started employment in 2003 at Blue Dog Pizza (was Bob Dog Pizza at the time) I worked there for a number of years. I took hiatuses from 2008-2010 and again in 2014-2021. I most recently acted as GM and would handle Shift Management duties as well.

In addition to the front of house and back of house operations, I would be responsible for routine maintenance of both stores, and handle the health department inspections.

I managed the soil/ground preparations for multiple farming companies over thousands of acres of farmland, growing many different crops.

I managed a multi-bay mechanics shop that serviced many different agricultural operations. Tractors, large (700hp) and small(35hp), farm implements, fleet vehicles, trailers, water trucks, graders, back-hoes, loaders, spreader trucks, were all repaired on my shops.

I managed the sanitation department servicing thousands of harvesters. Operated multiple vacuum pump trucks over multiple counties. Maintained and adhered to strict health regulations from both counties and the state of California.

I designed and built massive irrigation systems and drainage for entire fields.

I managed 15 acres of organic Blueberries along with some experimental grow houses for spinach and tomatoes.
