• Oversee the treatment experience clinically and operationally for a world class, coed, dually diagnosed adult population in a residential, chemical dependency treatment

• Provide direct psycho-social support services to seriously persistent mentally ill (SPMI) patients in a community mental health outpatient clinic.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups on a variety of topics: wellness, smoking cessation, mental health recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team (psychiatrists, social workers, psychiatric nurses) as part of a mental health recovery model.
• Maintain Medicaid compliant documentation of treatment services.
• Provide crisis intervention services as part of Salt Lake County Mental Health officer duties.
• Participate as an evaluator in the Salt Lake Police Department Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Academy.

• Acted as a liaison between the State of Utah and private treatment providers.
• Transported youths between programs, facilities, and their homes.
