Accomplishments

Surpassed my 2024 cost-saving target of $600k, achieving an impressive $856k in total savings for our plant.

Through collaboration with multiple teams, I successfully transformed stagnant inventory into material that turned a profit for the business.

By working with sister plants, I was able to strategically repurpose aging inventory, redirecting it to locations where it could be effectively utilized. This approach not only minimized waste but also generated significant cost savings by transforming idle stock into valuable, operational assets.
