- Directed all aspects of project management including coordination with design/engineering teams, permitting processes, contractor and vendors procurement all while overseeing overall schedules and budgets.

- Completed over 50 projects in the Commercial Office, Lab, R&D, and Manufacturing/Industrial ranging up to $15M.

- Led and developed a growing project management team consisting of a Associate PM's, Project Engineers and Project Admins.

- Effectively estimated job proposals, overseeing collaboration with subcontractors to ensure accurate and comprehensive project evaluations. Utilizing Building Connected Software to manage RFPs.

- Management of projects using ProCore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Sage for financial tracking.
