  • Responsible for the implementation of between 15 to 20 403(b), 457, and 401(k) plan utilizing our Full Service, Full Service PEP, RKO, and Accelerate product offerings at any given time.
  • Oversaw implementation lifecycle processes based on organizational needs, regulatory requirements, and customer demand to onboard new business in under 115 days.
  • Coordinates the plan document design and client discussions surrounding plan design to ensure our clients consulting needs are met and plan documents can be executed within 30 days of the project start date to ensure proper adherence to overall project goals.
  • Worked on the development of our Accelerate product and launch to help bring the new product offering to market. Key Implementation Manager responsible for onboarding our early Accelerate plans to create a standardized process for onboarding.
  • Helped to develop the Standard Enablement site to create streamlined training modules and trailheads to better integrate our new Securian team members and standardize training for Implementation Managers.
