- Operate different machines on the FTB side while ensuring product is being produced to efficiently and to a quality standard. Have learned basic maintenance on different machines, motors and pumps. Assemble and disassemble grinders, piping used in production. I also know how to operate the tallow system. Able to do both FTB and Tallow cip to ensure machines are cleaned correctly for production. I’ve learned how to run the TI station and make sure paperwork is correct. I also know how to use the forklifts and pallet jacks used to move pallets and dump combos while also doing paperwork for the combos dumped. Help out on the production line if needed in any of the positions.

- I worked in the rail wood and insulation department. PTMW makes different rail houses custom ordered. They were built and welded before coming to my department where I would insulate the ceiling, walls, and floors. After wood wall and ceiling panels were installed with self tapping screws using an impact driver and floors made of a different material. All seams were caulked after everything was installed. Sometimes helped in the assembly department as well reading different prints with part numbers to assemble different buildings.

- The plant is under construction still so I help out with different projects around the plant. I started as a general laborer so I just mostly cleaned the plant at first but after 3 months I was moved to equipment operator, since there is no production at the plant in Garden City I am sent to Sioux City, Iowa to train at the plant there. When I am at the Garden City plant I mainly help out putting up metal supports for all the piping. We hang them from t bays in the roof to hold up the pipe. I use different types of lifts including scissor lifts and boom lifts to reach high places, also forklifts to move heavier supplies and equipment that is needed. Using diagrams and different blueprints while working alongside welders to put the supports in the right places.I have experience using basic hand tools and some power tools. When I travel to the plant in Iowa I am learning the process and different machines that are used. A human machine interface is used to control the machines used in the process. I have basic knowledge of different pumps and valves used in the plant. I also have learned good manufacturing practices and sanitation of the plant and different pieces of equipment.
