In my role as a strings teacher and woodwind section leader, I work through two areas of Youth Symphony Orchestra of East Central Indiana's program. One of these positions, as a strings teacher, involves teaching string techniques and musicianship skills to k-5 students learning violin, viola, cello, and double bass, at St. Michael's Catholic School in Muncie, Indiana. The second area I work in involves me teaching and leading sectionals with middle and high school clarinet, flute, oboe, and bassoon students for our full orchestra program which rehearses in Westminster Presbyterian Church in Muncie, Indiana.
As a Produce Clerk through Kroger, I worked to maintain the quality and freshness of our selection of produce on the sales floor, maintained a consistent inventory through digital scanning devices, worked to markdown close-to-date items, cleaned and organized the produce backroom area, and supported our customers during their shopping experience by providing feedback or recommendations to suit their needs. Aside from those responsibilities, I helped to service many other areas of the store on a consistent basis, including our dairy, online pick-up, meat, dry grocery and bread departments.
