• Responsible for all aspects of packaging equipment, equipment operation and approved packaging specifications relative to all packaged products.

• Assist Quality department with customer complaint investigations, customer specification review and approval of all packaging specifications

• Experience with Safety Data Sheet (SDS) review and creation of Global Harmonized System label program

• Maintain entire label database, create and lead all internal and external label requests, improvement projects, procurement, testing, and daily creation requests from all departments, customers and REM’s

• Oversee and collaborate with the development of solutions that effectively balance product protection, package integrity, out of box experience and sustainability.

• Perform ISTA 1A and ASTM testing and reporting by completing measurements, visual inspections and other established tests.

• Participate in continual improvement projects, cost initiative projects, and lead LEAN manufacturing projects and presentations

• Work closely with purchasing, packaging suppliers and product manufacturers to ensure packaging designs are aligned with manufacturing processes and optimized for cost while overseeing the generation of drawings and specifications for new designs.
