- I am the lead person for our Fadal vertical cnc mill department at Flinchbaugh co. I set-up, Program the cnc mills, Make fixtures or tooling mods if needed, and do 1st part run to make sure the part is to print. Than the part goes into quality lab for inspection to get approval for production.

• Completed production and quality logs to document and track activity.
• Studied instructions, labels, blueprint specifications and materials before beginning projects and operating equipment.
• Helped establish priorities, solved problems and set goals within department and offered help to team members.
• Identified and replaced broken or worn tools and made tool offsets.
• Prepared and set up machine systems for daily operation and adhered to production goals.
• Reviewed blueprints to determine proper setup procedures for producing specified parts.
• Maintained clean, neat and well-organized work area and disposed of trash in proper receptacles to promote productivity, safety and efficiency.
• Kept work areas neat and organized by removing unneeded items and disposing of trash, consistently eliminating safety hazards and enhancing productivity.
• Monitored machined during trial runs to verify program accuracy.

I started my own business in November of 2019 which i bought a Fadal 4020 vertical cnc mill with a 4th axis. I set-up, program, and run the job to meet my delivery dates to my customers.
