• Perform daily project work as assigned and document procedures performed by SOP.

• Obtain SOP training prior to performing work on projects

• Act as a right arm and trusted resource to clinical research staffers to drive effectiveness and efficiency for clinical research trials through aseptic techniques, protocol procedure management, and isolation procedure observations + Develop an applied command and acumen of laboratory best practices by orchestrating activities, including setting up lab equipment, preparing chemical solutions, and testing samples + Execute phlebotomy procedures, while maintaining state and federal regulatory compliance, FDA-approved standard operating procedures, OSHA guidelines, and clinical laboratory improvement amendments + Foster data integrity and information accuracy by governing records, filing information, and evaluating documentation - while maintaining confidentiality and privacy + Maintain organizational safety and health standards by discarding, disconnecting, and cleaning lab materials (i.e., equipment, workstations, and machines) + Peruse research publications and flex strategic thinking and research competencies to conceptualize reports to drive decision making + Collect, mange, and ship subject samples and specimens - while working against tight deadlines, adhering to compliance guidelines, and ensuring data integrity
