I have been employed with Miller Bros. for the past 12 years. I ventured with other employers while I was laid off in the winter. In these ventures, I was promoted from Carpenter to Carpenter Foreman to General Foreman to Superintendent.
In my Superintendent role, with a previous employer, I adapted to different situations and/or roles such as project management and estimating jobs with short notice along with limited expertise. These projects were on a smaller scale compared to what MBC would handle on a daily basis, but I am able to learn quickly.
I feel successful at the responsibilities and/or obstacles that have been presented to me during my Carpenter career with MBC included.
