Over the last 20 years I’ve been a part of production plants, learning every area I was in for every type of industry it would be. I’ve been in leader ship rolls and assisted my leaders in jobs, tasks, and decision making. In 2011 I took my first roll as a maintenance tech for 1 of 4 plants that all belonged to the same corporation. By the time I had to take a break from working in 2015 I was leading all 4 of the plants as the maintenance technician. My strengths are the capability to jump from one scenario right into a scenario immediately after with no issue. I was part of the Managment team for New Vision Mobile homes and I was able to balance being a temporary EHS while looking for a permanent EHS,I took pride in being part of their quality control department, their mechanical tech department, and was hands on when the plant was short staffed and would be on the main line building mobile homes.. the last two and half years I’ve built electrical background in the industrial field but brought a strong mechanical background with me, I know the line from end to end for Arlas Roofing and that’s with all three sections for all products Hip and ridge, Artlock, laminate, starter strips, and 3 tab. I have a strong mind and a supportive style leadership. I show no favoritism, I will not bend rules for my team, I hold people that work with or for myself to a certain standard. If I have a person struggling I’m on point with making sure they are shown and taught how to meet any challenge.
