College Basketball Player
During my time at Trinity Bible College, I took full advantage of the opportunity to play basketball. I learned from a phenomenal coach and now dear friend in Jordan Nowell, who is now the athletic director at the school as well. When I was the assistant for the women's team, his wife Rachel Nowell was the head coach. That is also where I met my wife Janae Droste while she played for the girls team. I learned so many tools that I use now in class to help me succeed on the floor in the classroom. Skills such as: teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, accountability, overcoming adversity, and simple physical fitness that allowed me to succeed.
