Summary

As a teacher leader my goal is to create and sustain a learning environment that builds relationships with students, is engaging and interactive, and maintains a high level of rigor. It is my goal for each student to not only grow in the areas of academia but to develop the lifelong skills needed to find success in the classroom and beyond professionally. As a leader my vision is to support faculty and students in sustaining a culture where students feel safe, challenged, and motivated to come to and learn in.
