Around 2 and a half years of age my parents decided to try me out for soccer. Being a little kid it didn't resonate much to me that they wanted to get me into a sport, instead I just did it for the fun being so little. I played soccer up until I was a junior in highschool and even played on my highschool team. Around junior year a lot of my friends started to practice and play basketball a lot more in groups where the whole friend group could play. This sport started to shift my love for soccer to basketball. I have always loved to be outdoors so these sports definitely correlate with that. Being outdoors and enjoying fresh air while being able to get some exercise, nothing beats that.
