
I am a hard working, dedicated and internally motivated Training General Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings. I have worked for Buffalo Wild Wings for 13 years and in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Through which, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge from the business side of running a restaurant as well as the people piece of doing so. I am a leader who motivates those around me and finds solutions to whatever difficult situations do and will come up. I succeed in everything I do by growing and motivating others.
As of June 2023: Trained 26 managers over the last three years throughout the state of Minnesota
Q1 2023: #2 on the Scorecard for the State of Minnesota, including #1 in Food AVT, #1 in Beer waste, #2 in Blazin Rewards as well as hitting the new labor hour metric
April 2023: Maintained community connections and sales building by focusing and partnering with the local community and sports organizations. In which, I have helped fill all 14 letters on the POS for Home Team Advantage, been part of Taste of Lakeville for 3 years, been the main sponsor for a Charity golf tournament for 3 straight years, led the region in TUFK donations the last 2 years to give back to the Boys and Girls Club
May 2022: Received a "Hustle Award" from my RVP and Minnesota Market DM's
March 2022: Led a LEAD development class on the topic of "Fueling Culture" for high performing AGM's and department managers throughout the MN/WI market
December of 2021/April of 2022: Received a 96 on both Ecosure Food Safety Audits
December of 2021: Finished the year of 2021 at 2nd in Minnesota on the Company Scorecard. Finished the year with an EE in MCE (81.4%), Food AVT (0.25%), Food Comps (1.31%), and in Past Due Training (98%). We were tied for #1 in the company through P6 of 2021 with a perfect scorecard
April of 2021: Became a Nationally Certified Training Sports Bar
Took over a severely understaffed store going into the summer of 2018 and staffed it
Drastically improved Food and Bar AVT from over 3% to under 1% in both categories
Improved sales over the pervious year culminating in up 6% in December of 2018
Received a score of 99% on our Ecosure Food Safety re-audit
in 2018 by improving and maintaining the standards set forth
Help lead change with technology using the Dine Time Seating Chart Platform with was newly unveiled for company
Achieved a Likely to Recommend score over 91 in every period of 2018
Rose to the leader of the Minnesota Market in Blazin Rewards (over 40% attachment)
Maxed our Pace in Q1 of 2018 Continued Positive trend of employee turnover (20% below our goal)

Cut Food AVT in half for 2017 from previous year (0.8%)
