Leading programs and people to improve the experience of our Global Customers and Esri International Distributors. Responsible for several programs including:
- Esri International Training Program: Characterizing and building the training capacity and capability of 87 Esri International Distributors. Creating a consistent, world-class Esri Training experience worldwide
- Esri Technical Certification Program: Visioning, building and maintaining high stakes technical certification exams to validate and benchmark employees, Esri International Distributors, Esri Business Partners and customers on usage of Esri software.
- Esri Global Training Council: Creation and execution of a global training strategy through collaborative work with a strategic Distributor training advisory council.
- Global Training Ecosystem: Globalization of Esri's extensive training infrastructure for usage by our Esri International Distributors to drive efficiencies, consistency and to expand their product and services offerings.
- Esri Business Partner Training & Certification Alignment: Coordination of training and certification resources and expectations for building partner knowledge, validating partner expertise, setting partner expectations and providing partner benefits.
- Global Training Business Development: Participate and lead efforts to provide training on Esri products across the globe. Focus on training and certification components of large Enterprise and multi-national agreements.
- Distributor Enablement: Responsible for visioning, organizing and executing Distributor enablement events focused on consistency and seamless business processes and best practices. This includes work with multiple communities of practice across Esri including Global Business Development, Global Marketing, Technical Support, Professional Services, Customer Service, Customer Experience and the Esri Business Partner Program.
