  • University of LaVerne: Worked as a Professor for multiple business courses at a remote location (Community College) in a special Bridge Program. Students who had completed an Associates Degree at the Community College would enroll into this two year program through LaVerne and complete a series of courses to earn a Bachelors Degree in Business.

  • Student Work Experience Coach-Work with students enrolled in this program supporting and coaching them on life and work skills including meeting with students and their employers in semester long programs to earn college credits.
  • Develop a series of approx 128 career readiness certificates in a variety of subjects to provide opportunities for growth and development for students looking to further their career readiness and create advancement opportunities either without or as a preparatory lead up to a full college degree
  • Worked as Emeritus Facility Lead responsible for teaching a variety of Emeritus Courses, Development of courses, recruitment-supervision-scheduling and support for approx 63 instructors. Also, did business development for the program finding new opportunities with a variety of organizations who would host our Emeritus courses to both their public and private groups.

  • Continuous Improvement / LEAN Award - Treasury Wine Estates: Annual Award for leading multiple site based teams towards site goals including functional, financial, operational, and managerial. Our site of 125 team members was selected and the #1 site for results for both the quarter and the associated year for the entire company worldwide with over 5000 team members in multiple countries. Successes included being highly functional as teams while successfully achieving timeline and financial goals.
  • Project Manager - Morgan Hill Aquatic Center Construction, Programming and Operational Launch: Manager from ground breaking to center completion to operational launch of a several acre aquatic pocket park which included competitive swim facilities, water park features, full site food service, retail operations, and rentable meeting spaces.
  • Mehlenbacher's Taffy: Purchased small Candy manufacturing company serving primarily small mom and pop type stores and grew it and launched it into chain stores such as Cracker Barrel and Bed Bath and Beyond.
