- Utilize Dock Master Integrated Tracking System (ITS) and Bear Tracks (BTS) to record and verify all deliveries (food, material, and mail) and also scans material using hand held PDA (Personal Data Assistant) to input information into Star Receiving System/ Bear Tracks system
- Record information from material inspection forms to synchronize information into Bear Tracks System
- Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to synchronize information from Bear Tracks system which leads teams of warehouse specialists that transport food, mail, and material deliveries servicing over 50 different customers within reservation footprint
- Operate material handling equipment such as Conveyors, Electric pallet jacks, pallet jacks, shrink wrap, shrink wrap machine, hand carts, push carts, dollies, forklift, SPV golf carts, hand truck, pallets, platform trucks, and panel trucks
- Operate forklifts and electric pallets jacks or any SPV golf carts to load and unload supplies, materials and food
- Provide contractor support in various roles such as: Material Expediter, Warehouse Worker and Material Handler Department of Defense (DOD); Pentagon Dock master Office
- Provides customer support completing well over 60 requests; weekly (setup, teardown, issue, transfer, store and disposal)
- Coordinate projects with customers and various commercial vendors (tracking, support and delivery)
- Interact with vendors, contractors and professional services personnel
- Receive concessions food deliveries, ensuring that all food deliveries are visually inspected and screened by Pentagon Force Protection Agency before building access is allowed
- Identify and recommend changes to existing processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of customer service department
- Check packages and merchandise for damage and quickly notified vendors to request replacements
- Remove excess furniture daily throughout entire Pentagon facility using warehouse equipment such as dollies, handcarts, and pallet jacks
- Create receipts for issued items, obtaining priority material status information, and preparing monthly usage reports
- Ensure proper safety, security, and accountability procedures are followed
- Receives, stores and ships bin and bulk supplies, materials and equipment
