Project Goal: Real time EDA on Russian Ukraine ongoing war.

Objectives

• Use json and requests to import data.
• Improve data accuracy.
• Clean data provided on equipment and personnel loss.(check for null values, duplicated values and outliers).
• Check data types. Convert them for any further operation.
• Merge datasets
• Analyze trends for each variable.
• Group aerial, ground and naval equipments.
• Create data visualizations to notice trends in losses.

Objectives:

• Performed EDA on US Census.
• Execute data cleaning operations such as removal of null values, duplicate values and outliers.
• Compare the difference in result and visualizations pre and post removal of outliers.
• Use python packages such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, glob, seaborn in the project.
• Perform Bivariate Analysis.
• Perform Correlation Analysis.

Heat Fire Alarm System (Northeastern University - 09/2020 to 12/2020)

Objective: Use the fundamentals of product development to reduce false fire alarms.

• Awarded as the best team member in the group.
• Created a survey on SurveyMonkey to manipulate data to justify the requirement and value of products.
• Led a team of three to propose and develop a heat fire alarm system to reduce false alarms.
• Extracted data from APIs in Python to define user needs and refined them into design requirements.
• Completed the three deliverables: lean canvas business model, stakeholder matrix and market specifications for the Fire Alarm System.
• Researched on stakeholders, key activities, key resources, cost estimation and value proposition.

Sustainable Packaging Solution in E-Commerce Sector (Northeastern University - 09/2020 to 12/2020)

Objective: Develop Sustainable packaging for small products.

• Led a cross functional team of 5 to develop sustainable packaging for small products.
• Used data from market research to define user requirements and product strategy.
• Conducted iterations of the product prototype and used a decision matrix with KPIs to pick final design.
• Outlined a go-to market strategy with the help of a canvas business model.
• Designed a prototype on Umake 3DArt which was later refined on solidworks by the team.

Automated Irrigation System (Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - Jan 2011 to May 2015)

• Developed a prototype. to show minimization of manual labor for agriculture .
• Developed code to satiate real-time values for conduction of irrigation using microprocessor 8085 and Ardunio Uno.
• Developed soil moisture sensor, temperature sensor, water level sensor to build the hardware.
