• Directly support Executive team, senior department heads, and external stakeholders in analyses to drive strategic & financial decision making
• Responsible for monthly reporting, including updating company's financial models and tracking KPIs (such as product, financial, and commercial data; examples include retention rates, LTV/CAC, churn, etc.)
• Provide budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis for several global departments, create board presentations, respond to investor requests, track FTE/headcount and analyses to inform hiring plans, assist the Accounting team in the close of the month process, and other ad hoc analyses.

• Project manager for Trustpilot's first Capital Markets Day held live in London on June 16, 2022 (including internal and external stakeholders); Trustpilot's share price increased over 20% in the week following the event, compared to the FTSE100 down ~2% in the same period
• Supporting member of IPO readiness & IPO project team
• Worked with bankers and lawyers to draft and provide analysis to support equity story, built road show and analyst presentations, fielded investor questions, created warrant value calculator for firm, and led IR website development project team
• Built Financial Deep Dive analysis & presentation for $55M Series E round
• Built cash flow comparison model and evaluated term sheets to help determine best offer for debt financing round of $20M in 2017 and cost impact of refinancing in 2019
• Worked cross functionally with Data and Commercial Operations teams to clean historical commercial dataset and create global commercial dashboard in Looker, rolled out to entire firm in 2021
• Pitched and executed an efficient year-end compensation review process for ~650 employees across all 7 offices globally, accounting for ~$60M in operating expenses
• Built simple cash flow model to determine best option for New York office's lease renewal, helping to save the company $0.5 million in 2017
