- One of the few manufacturers of PRE-BLEND (Petrochemical’s Non-Dust antioxidant blend) globally., - Delegated Section Head in QADDCO-Masterbatch/Preblend Production line and assigned for the following Tasks:
- Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of Production targets within the time and cost parameters
- Commissioning & Start up supervision of the 2nd Production line of Pre-Blend
- Overseeing procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, overall equipment efficiency, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings
- Guide the Supervisors and workers to obtain optimum output from the machine
