A Major Capital Project- Over $7M Total Value: Responsible for the operational and management of the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) work activities of the project as reflected by the different Engineering Disciplines of Piping, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, and Instrumentation Design.
The objective of the DED work on DLT is to achieve the following production capacity:

Contracted by Addax Petroleum to oversee a team for the development, population, and rollout of DOCUMEMTUM.
The team tasked with conducting remote access strategy tests (in conjunction with IT team), cataloging files on the shared drive, using the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to create and populate registers with document metadata, carrying out quality checks on registers and transmitting for mass import of the documents into Documentum.
The Project is aimed at providing the Company with a web-based collaborative solution that will enhance our work processes giving us the control we need to produce and store data and documents that can be reviewed, revised and retrieved in a proper manner. The Software provides easy Document Retrieval, Control, Traceability, Consistency, Cost, time, resource optimization, Information Security, Audit ability, Customized reporting options, Enhanced Collaboration, Version Management, Searchability and Information sharing
Ø Document Management Team Lead in the development, population and rollout of the Facilities Information System (FIS).
The FIS is a web-based Electronic Document Management System, developed to provide read-only access to current-controlled drawings and documents to Upstream Nigeria user. It also has a built-in check-in/out capability to assist in the proper management of documentation and revision control.
