Volunteering

Navajo Outreach (Tuba City, Arizona ) | July 2019 - August 2019 Volunteering on the navajo reservation was such an eye opening experience. One day we would be hosting children's classes teaching them and singing to them then the next day we would be on a disaster relief team helping to pick up and clean up broken buildings and sheds. Another day we would be picking up weeds, stickers, and trash to help clean up the environment a little bit. This was one of my favorite mission trips because we got to dabble in a little bit of everything.

Cradles to Crayons (Chicago, Illinois ) | July 2018 - July 2018 During this mission trip we were able to get together with Cradles to Crayons an organization to help sort and inspect the donated items they received and then package them for delivery to over 10,000 children who need them.

Mission Road Ministries (San Antonio Texas ) | July 2017 - July 2017 During this mission trip I was so blessed to be able to work with some of the sweetest children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities I have ever met. I volunteered my time to do crafts with the members, I read to them, I sang with them, I took them to the pool on their facility grounds, and most importantly I got to talk to them for hours getting to know them, their hobbies, their passions, and their amazing personalities.
