As a member of the LOVB Club Athlete Council for the 2024-2025 season, I serve as the student liaison between my club (Rock City) and LOVB, facilitating communication and sharing athlete feedback to strengthen community engagement and cohesion within the organization.

• Attend monthly meetings to discuss current events, promotions and themes
• Spearheaded a "Spread the LOVB" campaign in which Rock City athletes decorated clothes pins with motivational sayings (such as "You Rock!") and clipped them onto competitors backpacks during tournaments in February.

• Boosted camp morale by fostering a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants.
• Worked with children of varying age, interest, skill, and developmental levels.
• Acted as a positive role model, demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Supported campers in realizing their full potential through guidance and encouragement in skill development sessions.
• Implemented rules and regulations to enforce discipline and compliance.

• Mentored younger less experienced athletes by providing guidance, encouragement, and advice navigating challenges inherent competitive sports.
• Demonstrated training drills and worked with the campers on executing the skills being taught
• Provided valuable input on player development, assisting with the identification of areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities.
