Additional Information

I have worked in all facets of hospitality and small business management and ownership. My greatest skills are in cooking and recipe writing, but can be of help in many aspects due to my incredible range of experiences. I've worked as a wedding coordinator, venue manager, florist, bartender, line cook, prep cook, caterer, graphic artist, e-commerce website developer, business owner and manager of people, and I am most known for my skills in the art of fermentation and food preservation but I also love time in a good dish pit. My family is relocating to Missoula Nov. 1 and am looking to work daytime hours prep/breakfast/lunch shifts with less responsibility than I've had for the last few years as a chef or manager. I'd love to bring my skills to a local spot and to learn some new ones for myself. Thanks for reviewing and look forward to meeting.
