As the Veteran's Program Director at Safer Foundation, Abbie Holland Schmit oversees and implements projects that address the needs and challenges of justice-involved veterans. With over 20 years of experience in the military and veteran sector, Abbie has a deep understanding of the issues that affect this population, such as suicide, trauma, and reintegration.
