My current MOS is 25B, and I specialize in software IT. My job in the army requires hard skills in programming, web development, and database management.

My main job was ensuring PCWs' timesheets were in the office when pay week rolled around, auditing files to make sure we stayed organized in the office, and setting up meetings with PNAs and nurse visits. Getting new clients and checking insurance to make sure clients could get personal care services.

I was employed as a server at Oak Barrel. The biggest skills required and learned along the way were soft skills like active listening, communication, teamwork, a positive attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving, and patience. My main job was taking orders from the guests, and all of these skills were applied to form a sort of relationship where the guests felt welcome. The most important part of the job is ensuring the food comes to the table, and it's perfect and as the guest wanted it. Also, communicate with the kitchen to make sure the orders are perfect.
