Worked throughout the FSD to substitute for K-12 classrooms. Teaching a variety of subjects and students.
Taught four classes of ninth graders and two classes of AP government. Created a curriculum and lessons each day for students. Provided an environment for students to grow academically but also personally and as community members.
Worked as a one-on-one paraeducator to a student with an IEP and a BIP. Got to work with a few others on their math, reading, writing, and speech skills. Worked closely with the SPED/Resource Rooms.

Stepped into our player filled role my first year on the team. Helped presidents organize travel plans, cars, payments. Organized meetings and plans; taking notes on big rugby meetings that year. Would help organize games and match times. I ended up doing this on top of being president through year of 2020-2021.
Organized special activities and events for existing club members, including service projects, matches and procedural meetings. Kept good relations with other club sports, our campus directors, along with reaching out to the community such as Anacortes and Chuckanut Bay adult and youth programs. Was in charge of budgets, travel, matches, recruitment, and communication with players and coaches.

For the last year or two we have been working hard to create a Girls High School rugby program in Bellingham. We have got a few girls out throughout the years and are hoping to rebuild/restart this upcoming fall. I have helped be the main coach for the past year, providing practices for athletes for build on their skills and community with one another. We are hoping to grow into a full program in the next couple years.
