• Created private land management plans for for all land uses that balanced economic interests with ecological preservation goals, sensitive/threatened species considerations, and cultural resource preservation.

• Devleoped a forestry Targeted Implementation Plan to be implemented across three counties to provide funds and technical assistance for landowners

• Evaluated the condition of wildlife water catchments 70+ mi of sage grouse fence markers through remote and rugged terrain
• Accompanied the Wild Horse and Burro program for censusing and immunocontraception administration via dart gun on the Pryor Mountain wild horse herds
• Performed Assessment, Inventory, and Monitoring (AIM) surveys
• Collaborated with organizations like Pheasants Forever, USGS and FWP
